The KAABOO Cayman team is working hard so all of our guests, including those with disabilities, can enjoy everything KAABOO has to offer. There is no pre-registration or anything you need to do in advance, but please review the following information to help make the most of your experience.

Limited accessible parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the South Parking lot. The South Parking Lot is south of the Seafire. Access is via the public beach entrance. All guests must have valid and current Cayman Islands issued handicap placards, plates and/or permits, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them. Please follow event parking signage to the Kimpton South parking lot, and the parking lot staff will assist you.
The majority of the venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities via accessible pathways, including the entrances, stages, vendors and activity areas. The beach areas are not navigable in a wheelchair or scooter. KAABOO does not provide or rent wheelchairs or scooters, though we will provide a power outlet if needed to charge your device.
There will be viewing platforms at the following stages: Digicel Iron Shore Stage and Virgin Produced Coral Reef Stage. These accessible viewing areas are for guests who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities, or who have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Guests requiring the use of these areas can have one companion accompany them. Staff will manage the viewing platform accordingly to make sure all patrons are comfortable during busy times. Capacity is limited and access to the viewing platforms is first come, first serve.
There are accessible restrooms in the main venue area.
If you have any accessibility questions inside the venue at KAABOO please ask at one of the Guest Services information booths. The location of the Guest Services information booth will be marked on the app event map.
Prescriptions must have a prescription label. Photo ID must match the prescription label.
Special Dietary Needs
If a guest has special medical dietary restrictions, a personal amount of food will be allowed in if accompanied by a doctor's note. Please contact: email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
