KAABOO Cayman: Wristband Fulfillment

We’re so close to the first KAABOO Cayman we can taste the Tortuga Rum Cakes! It’s almost time to pack your bags and catch your flight (or your ride for you locals!) to Seven Mile Beach, and we want to make sure you know what to do once you arrive at the event. Learn everything there is to know about wristband pickup and redemption below:

Will Wristbands be Shipped to Me?

No, all guests will pick up their wristbands on-island at any of the box offices starting February 2, 2019 OR at Owen Roberts International Airport in the Arrivals Terminal starting February 9, 2019.

Where and When Can I Pick Up My Wristband?

Wristbands can be picked up at the box office located at Regatta Office Park Leeward 1 (opposite the Westin) February 2-10, 2019 between 10AM-6PM and February 11-14, 2019 10AM-8PM.

Further, you can also snag your wristbands as soon as you get off the plane at Owen Roberts International Airport February 9-14, 2019 from 11AM-6PM (depending on arrival times). Just look for the KAABOO team members in the Arrivals Terminal and they will be happy to assist you.

Finally, the onsite box office located at Gate 1 will be open Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 5PM-8PM, Friday, February 15, 2019 from 11AM-8PM, and Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 10AM-8PM.

WE ADVISE THAT YOU PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND AT OUR OFF-SITE LOCATIONS BEFORE THE EVENT TO AVOID WAITING IN LINE!

What Do I Need to Pick Up My Wristbands?

  • The ID of the person who purchased the pass(es)

  • The confirmation email of the purchase (printed or mobile)

  • NOTE: The confirmation email will come from SeeTickets, NOT KAABOO

  • NOTE: You do NOT need to bring the credit card used to purchase the passes in order to receive your wristband

Can I Pick Up Wristbands on Behalf of the Purchaser?

Yes! You will need to bring the ID of the person who purchased the passes and the accompanying confirmation email from See Tickets. Alternatively, you can call us at 855-798-5995 or 345-233-0700 and we can update the name on the passes.

How Do I Redeem/Activate My Wristband?

Activating your KAABOO Cayman wristband is easy! Just go to this link, type in your wristband number and follow the necessary steps to set it up.

I Can't Find the Confirmation Email, What Should I Do?

No worries! Simply send us an email at info@kaaboocayman.com or call us at 855-798-5995 or 345-233-0700 and we would be happy to resend the confirmation.

Do I Need to Pick Up All My Wristbands at the Same Time?

Yes, if you purchased more than one wristband under one name/order, you must pick up your order in its entirety.
